What we coat

Any slab
that works hard

Every job starts with mechanical grinding, so the coating bonds to the concrete instead of sitting on top of it.

Residential

Garage floors

Seamless floors that clean up with a hose and won't lift when you park on them hot.

Ranch & ag

Shops & barns

Heavy-build coatings for equipment bays, tack rooms and wash areas. Slip-resistant texture available.

Commercial

Business floors

Showrooms, service bays, kitchens and storefronts. Scheduled to keep your downtime short.

Outdoor

Patios & porches

UV-stable polyaspartic topcoats that hold their color in full Texas sun.

Three finishes

Pick the look,
keep the toughness

Every finish goes over the same ground and repaired slab and gets a clear protective topcoat. The difference is the color layer.

Flake

Colored vinyl chips broadcast over the base coat. Hides dust and small imperfections and adds grip underfoot.

Best for garages, shops, barns

Metallic

Pearlescent pigments worked into the epoxy by hand for a deep, high-gloss swirl. No two floors come out the same.

Best for showrooms, homes, game rooms

Solid color

One clean, uniform color with a bright, easy-to-clean surface. Simple, sharp and practical.

Best for work areas, warehouses, kitchens

The 3J system

Five steps,
bottom to top

A coating is only as good as the prep under it. Here is what goes into every floor we install, flake, metallic or solid, in the order we do it.

Why not paint it?

Store-bought kits vs. a pro install

DIY epoxy kits are thin, water-based and rolled over unground concrete. That is why they peel.

Questions

Before you book

Which finish should I pick?

Flake is the most forgiving for working garages and shops. Metallic is a showpiece for spaces people see. Solid color is clean and simple for work areas. Tell us how you use the space and we'll recommend one.

How long does a garage floor take?

Most two-car garages are done in one to two days, depending on the condition of the concrete and how much crack repair it needs.

When can I walk and park on it?

Foot traffic is usually fine the next day. We'll give you a parking date for your exact system and the weather that week, since temperature affects cure time.

Will it be slippery when wet?

Flake floors have natural texture. Metallic and solid floors are smoother, so for wash bays, porches and ramps we can add an anti-slip additive to the topcoat.

My slab has oil stains and cracks. Can you still coat it?

Yes. Grinding removes most surface contamination, and cracks and spalls are filled and ground flush before any coating goes down.

Do I need to empty the garage?

Yes, the floor needs to be clear and the space unused until the coating cures. Ask us if you need help planning around that.
